With more than 24 years experience in the corporate field, Lynda came into the Real Estate profession with an interest in applying her skills to the goal of building a new career founded in teamwork and customer service. The key to her success is maintaining a constant, open line of communication with each client and ensuring that clients remain confident in her skills. 

Her personal life helps provide an understanding of what her clients may need. With five children and nine grandchildren, ages 1 year to 18, she has a broad insight into what families are seeking in today's market, as well as what areas may prove most appealing for their lifestyle.  

Karen’s unique and in-depth experience in not only real estate, but also engineering and land development, have served her well in working with buyers in the market for new home construction. She works diligently to ensure her knowledge stays current with the rapidly developing communities on the First Coast. 

She has a passion for helping people and a keen eye for detail which helps make the transaction run smoothly from beginning to end.  

She and her husband, Bruce, have been married for 25 years and have a daughter, Krista, and a son, Kory, who are both attending college. When she is not working or attending classes, she enjoys spending time as a family volunteering for local charities and her church.

Prior to realestate, Cyanne taught school for thirteen years. This allowed her the opportunioty to service a diverse group of parents and children, which resulted long term contacts. Married for 22 years and raising 4 children, has instilled flexibility and an awareness of others needs that plays a vital part in dealing with customers.As a resident of Jacksonville for 30 years, she has a finely tuned awareness of Jacksonville’s neighborhoods, and with this knowledge and her well-practiced realty skills she is able to locate the home best suited for you and your family. 

A lifetime resident of this city, Kelly has called many different Jacksonville communities home at one time or another and has successfully maintained a fresh store of information regarding each one. Kelly and her husband Mark have been married for 16 years and have 3 daughters, ages 15, 13 and 10. They enjoy as a family spending time outdoors, especially the beach. Kelly enjoys staying actively involved in her daughters’ schools by volunteering her time.  

Carol has been a beaches resident for the past 16 years. She has chosen this wonderful community to raise her 3 children and remains active in each of their schools as well as the community as a whole.

Dayna and her husband, Greg, are the proud parents of of two wonderful boys, ages 10 and 1. As a wife and a mother who has experienced the relocation process four times, she was thrilled when the last relocation led her family back "home" to Jacksonville!  

Karole has over 18 years in a corporate environment, she possess all the qualities to manage an office environment efficiently and effectively. She takes great pride in her strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. She is able to manage our team and complete the “paperwork” our agents submit allowing them to work harder for you. 

Karole enjoys spending time with her two teenagers, ages 18 and 15 and attending their sporting events. She is a avid football fan, and enjoys the outdoors. Her hobbies include: working out, cooking, and reading.
